Five creators worth the spend, out of sixty-three

Every creator link on the Talent Options tab, opened and read against the four marketing guard rails, with median reel reach measured off each account's last twelve posts. The roster's asking rates run from $200 to $35,000 — and the best demo fits are clustered at the bottom of that range.

63 creators on sheet 47 profiles opened 5 recommended 11 flagged out Reviewed 2 Sept 2026

The finding

The five creators who best match a 35–45 woman aging vibrantly cost $6,150 in creator fees — $7,380 with 456's 20% service fee — for a combined 2.85M followers.

That is less than half the ask on a single unverified name on the same sheet ($17,500), and it leaves roughly $22K of the $30K influencer envelope for whitelisting spend, which is where the return actually sits.

Recommended, in priority order

Ranked on demo fit first (the fee buys her story audience, so the 35–45 screen applies to the fee), then engagement intensity, then price. Bar shows median reel views as a share of followers.

Her bio opens with the number 46. Retired D1 athlete, skin/hair/beauty/wellness, podcast co-host, sipping rosé and cracking jokes — this is guard rail 2 in a single profile, and a 46-year-old aging vibrantly is the aspirational messenger for the 40-year-old buyer. Consistent 12–126K reels with no dead posts.

At $600 all-in she clears fee-loaded CAC parity at four purchases. There is no cheaper way to test whether the Aging Well persona converts off a creator story.

Brief noteHer register is funny and loose; brand voice rules out silly or ironic. Give her the warmth and the jokes, but land the key message in her own words.

The strongest answer on this roster to Sunny Within's #1 competitive creative gap — named-expert authority. Rho runs Dr. Mark Hyman in its top two ads; Sunny Within runs none. Karin is a twenty-year certified nutritionist whose entire format is what's good and bad on the shelf, with highlights for Costco, Trader Joe's, Sephora and Amazon.

That format is the "check the label" and "what to look for before you buy NAD+" concepts, already built. She can carry 400mg NMN versus a competitor's zero without it reading as a supplement-facts lecture. Her reach is also the most reliable on the sheet: twelve of thirteen recent reels between 100K and 745K.

Watch"No BS advice" is blunter than the golden, warm-hug voice, and an ingredient-literate creator is the highest regulatory exposure on the list. Route her script through Ken and Katie: structure–function language only, "a clinically-studied dose", never "the".

Her bio states the demo outright: "36-to-46". Nobody else on the sheet self-selects the exact buying window, and she has spent twelve years building a "chill wellness-pursuit" community around it — a warm, non-biohacker register that is very close to brand.

Smallest reach of the five, and the highest view rate. Read her as a precision instrument rather than a volume play: the cheapest available read on whether the message lands with the demo, uncontaminated by spillover into 25–34.

"Transform naturally without tox or filler. Glow & age backwards." That is the Age Defiance and Visible Results themes stated as a personal brand, aimed squarely at the Beauty Seeker persona — the segment currently taking ~10% of spend and named internally as the biggest untapped opportunity.

Genuine viral ceiling too: a 12.7M and a 1.6M reel sitting above a reliable 169K median. Best upside-per-dollar of the five.

"Real-Life Wellness (not the perfect kind). Your Midlife Bestie. Real life. Better every day." That is the most on-brief bio on the sheet, and "better every day" is a sentence Sunny Within could have written.

The honest caveat is engagement: 5.9% view rate is the weakest of the five, and 622K followers producing a 36K median means the audience is broad rather than hot. At $480 all-in it is priced as a rounding error — worth buying for the voice and the usage rights even if the story underperforms.

Of the $30K envelope

Against the $150 cost-per-purchase goal, $7,380 of fees needs 50 purchases across five stories to break even on the fee alone — roughly $4,750 of revenue at current first-order AOV. That is a reasonable ask off 2.85M followers, but story click-through is exactly where these deals die, which is why the downside protection below is not optional.

Buy for content, not for reach

One creator does not belong in the five, and is still worth money.

Emily Rule Wilson
@the.dailyrule
266K 65.8% $1,500 Highest view rate on the entire roster, and her content is Morning Routines · Finding Balance — the proven Morning Ritual hook family and the "Morning Routine, Upgraded" NAD+ concept, already in her voice. But her highlights are a bachelorette, an engagement and a honeymoon: she reads late-20s/early-30s, and her audience almost certainly does too. Since Meta serves whitelisted ads to the audience Sunny Within picks, buy her frames and 60-day whitelisting rights, and treat the story reach as incidental rather than the thing being paid for.

Reasons that are not "vibes" — conflicts, duplicate paper, broken links, demo failures.

CreatorAskReason
Karalynne Call @just.ingredients$7,000Category conflict. 1M followers and a certified nutritionist, but she is founder and CEO of @just.ingredients.shop, which sells supplements. Direct competitor.
Autumn Calabrese$5,000Founder of @goodmoodbrewofficial — own brand, plus a name collision with the paused Erewhon "Good Mood" SKU.
Emily Fauver$6,000Duplicate paper. Already in Ken's outside-the-$40K test budget at $8,000 + $3,500 for 60 days of whitelisting. 456 is quoting her $2,000 cheaper. Reconcile which agreement governs before anyone signs — and note she is pregnant with her third, which needs care in a longevity brief.
Krista Horton$15,000No link on the sheet and the obvious handles do not resolve. Cameron's read ("aging joyfully, love the comedy") is promising, but nobody should commit $15K to an unverifiable profile. Ask 456 for the link.

Zoha Malik$1,000Dessert baker, and represented by Parker Talent Management.

Terms to attach to all five

  1. 60-day whitelisting rights in every deal. The story is the test; the whitelisted frames are the asset. Creator demo is irrelevant to whitelisted delivery — Sunny Within controls the audience from its own account.
  2. Open at 50–60% of ask, and load the deliverable list first (Amazon link in profile, usage rights, follow-up frames) so there is something to trade away for rate.
  3. Make-good code below 0.80 ROAS; bonus above 1.3. Structure whitelisting as ~10% of ad spend rather than a flat fee where the talent will take it.
  4. Confirm 456's post-termination non-solicit — reported at six months on their booked influencers — before any of these five is signed through them.
  5. Seed 30ct NAD+ and/or Longevity only. No PR packs. Second-day air for Helen and Karin.
  6. Say "NAD+", never "NAD+ Complete" in every brief, script and caption.
